Very clean restaurant with indoor & outdoor seating, awesome servers & staff, very cool manager, full service bar, TV's to catch the games, delicious food (clean & flavorful broth), beef rib pho was fall off the bone soft, oxtail added more flavor with other combination meats. The shaking beef was soft and had great flavor. The tequila mule was perfect finishing touch. The only pho spot in Fresno/Clovis with a full service bar

This is a nice local pho spot. They have plenty of options and even tho we didn't try them all, they look so good! I got the shrimp pho and the broth was so delicious. I called ahead for a quick pick up order and it was done so quick and they were so nice and welcoming. Being inside it looked fun with a full bar and tvs showing football games. Next time we will be eating there to enjoy some drinks. For me, it's usually been the hole in the wall places that make really good pho and this one is up there with some of the best I've tried. I definitely recommend!

Once I feel the cooler air roll through, I head for Pho. I got a recommendation on this place and it did not let me down. I got the Bun Bo Hue without blood and it was perfect. This is better than Pho in my opinion, it's a deeper broth that's a bit spicy. Since I ordered out I didn't experience dining in. But they were so nice when we picked up our food. Since this is close, I'll be coming back soon.

The food here is amazing! The service today was also top notch, our server Madison was extra kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

This small place is like a well-oiled machine. Walking in you wait by the door and someone will allow you to sit at a table when they greet you. Menus were given right away and within a few minutes we got water. The server I swear had perfect timing whenever she approached the table. She was attentive and repeated back the order for reassurance. The tables are super spacious and organized and I found that having a napkin dispenser at the table to be really convenient. I was not disappointed with this place. It filled up super fast during dinner time so there can be a possible wait. The parking lot isn't the best either but it's not a pain at all to walk to the restaurant. Glad to try this place out

First time here, and they did not disappoint! The food was excellent from start to finish. We started with the egg rolls, which came with a delicious peanut sauce that exceeded expectations. Next was the pho bowl, and the broth was exactly what I look for in a great pho--it hit all the right notes! The garnishes enhanced the flavors even more, creating a magical explosion of taste. We also tried the specialty platter. While I wasn't sure how to put it together at first, once I figured it out, it was delicious. The texture of the dish didn't match what I expected--it looked like a big salad, but when I took a bite, the flavors transformed into something completely different. It was a pleasant surprise! Our waitress was great , we disclosed it was our first time so she took the time to explain how the platter situation worked. The place itself was nice , clean and hip . They have a bar, and outside seating . As well as clean bathrooms. I would definitely come back again !

The name PhoEver doesn't scream legit, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The broth is "clean" tasting and flavorful. Noodles had a nice chew to them. Service is very friendly and the food came out relatively fast. Not many other people dining in for an early 5pm dinner. My only criticism is that the pho is wildly expensive. $17-23 for a regular size bowl is probably the most I have ever seen. I opted for the $13 small bowl instead. I would come again for my pho/Viet food cravings in Clovis.

This is my second time here and both times have been wonderful! Staff were very friendly both times and were always quick. They made sure we had everything we needed and refilled drinks as needed. Food was really good!! First time I got Pho, broth was tasty and didn't taste watered down. This time I got the vermicelli bowl with meat/eggrolls and shrimp. I got a lot of fatty pieces though :( but other than that, it was tasty. We also tried a sandwich which was good. Their spring rolls were a little disappointing. There was so much lettuce I thought I was having lettuce wrap. Prices were a bit high though. This place was the most expensive Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to. I will still come back when I'm on this side of town and craving Vietnamese food.
